Happier Helps

We are committed to supporting your well-being and emotional health during this extremely challenging time.

Happier Helps

The Coronavirus pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges and uncertainty to all of us, along with stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

We want to help you strengthen your emotional health skills so that you can get through this difficult time with greater resilience and help your family, friends, and colleagues do the same.

So we’ve created some free programs, like our Awesome Human Hour virtual sessions, to be a meaningful source of support. And we are thrilled to be offering pro bono virtual sessions for the medical workers — the heroes protecting all of us on the front lines of this pandemic.

Awesome Human Hour

EMOTIONAL FITNESS SKILLS DURING TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY

Join us for our free Awesome Human Hour at 12 noon ET every Wednesday for your weekly dose of inspiration, fuel, and practical skills so you can struggle less, thrive more, and bring your Awesome Human capacity to your work and the people you care about!

Each week Nataly (and sometimes Awesome Guests!) dives into one of the challenges we're all facing, shares practical tips and strategies to help you work through it, and answers your questions.

These weekly sessions are open to all, so please invite your colleagues, friends, and family to join us, too.

Awesome Humans who've joined our Awesome Human Hour in the past have called it their "best-self hour" and "self-care for the week".

Oh, and there might be a little music and art involved!

We'd love for you to invest an hour into strengthening your emotional fitness skills every week -- join us!

(We host these on Zoom so please register by clicking the button below.)

Pro Bono Sessions for the Medical Community

Since the pandemic broke out, we’ve had the honor of doing pro bono virtual sessions for various healthcare organizations including, Massachusetts General Hospital, Maine Health Services, Boston Medical Center, University of Rochester Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, For All Seasons Mental Health Services, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.

This is our commitment: For every virtual session we do for a company or team, we will do a free session for medical workers.

If you're interested in bringing one of these virtual sessions to help support the emotional health of your  team during these challenging times, please email team@happier.com
